Project Manager – Desktop Team
The Project Manager – Desktop Team (DT) role is responsible for successfully running a restoration project from beginning to end within budget and scope. The key purpose of this position is to ensure projects will be delivered efficiently, safely & accurately whilst aligning with contracts, quality assurance standards, audits, OH&S regulations, client standards/ KPI’s & overall business plans. The Project Manager is responsible for meeting the minimum GP Margins set by the relative State manager, as per job requirement.
Duties:
- Co-ordination & Completion of Restoration Projects/ Budget & Scope
- Relationship Building & Sales Reporting
- Cost management and invoicing
- Effective Key Stakeholder Communications
- Meeting/Exceeding Client KPI’s
- Meeting /Exceeding FRA Financial KPI’s
- Meeting/Exceeding FRA Operational KPI’s
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Proactive Leadership
- Training and mentoring of Project Coordinators
- Occupational Health & Safety Compliance
Experience/ Knowledge:
- Proven extensive industry experience within FRA or another restoration company or related trade industry background.
- Current Driver’s Licence, Industry White Card, Police & Working with Children’s Check required (QLD must be prepared to obtain blue card)
- Willingness to complete a police check, medical on successful completion of probation period (mandatory).
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating roster 24/7 & on call requirements where required
- Good communication & customer service experience
- Desire and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a national team environment
Demonstrated experience required:
- Multitasking within a fast-paced environment on various tasks whilst learning new functionalities.
- Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven high level of critical thinking and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid business/ customer centric mindset and experience
- General administrative/ technological competency
- Strong written & verbal communication competency
Willingness to complete a police check, pre-employment medical and employment drug/ alcohol testing as required.
