Your Role:
As a Project Claims Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our disaster recovery projects, assisting Project Managers to deliver restoration services efficiently from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating repair works with precision.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with ease.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

• Ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and detail.

• Collaborating closely with the team while also taking ownership of your responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in insurance claims or project coordination (highly advantageous).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail.

• A passion for delivering superior customer service.

• Competence with computers and project management tools.
